Get In Touch

For stock checks, product questions, or hold requests, call the closest Puffz location directly — each shop is listed below with its own phone number, and staff can pull an item off the shelf and set it aside under your name in about a minute. For delivery issues, order changes, or age-verification problems, contact Saucey support first (it's fastest) and reach out to us if it isn't resolved.

Prefer to write? Use the form on this page, email puffzsmokenvape@gmail.com, or DM us on Instagram — we monitor all three. Expect a response the same day during business hours, or first thing the next morning if you write us after midnight.
