By accessing or using the Puffz Smoke N Vape website ("Site") or purchasing any product from Puffz Smoke N Vape ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse product listings, purchase, or receive delivery of any product sold by Puffz Smoke N Vape. Age is verified at checkout on our third-party delivery platform (Saucey) and again in person at delivery via valid government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be delivered to anyone unable to present valid ID matching the order name.
3. Products and Services
We sell tobacco products, electronic vaping products, kratom, hookah and shisha, and related accessories, in accordance with Arizona and applicable federal law. Products are offered for lawful adult use only. Availability, pricing, and selection vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
4. Third-Party Platform (Saucey)
Online ordering and delivery is fulfilled through Saucey, a third-party platform. Your use of Saucey is governed by Saucey's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Puffz Smoke N Vape is not responsible for Saucey's platform performance, checkout, payment processing, driver conduct, delivery timing, or delivery failures. 5. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Site are for reference only; final pricing is confirmed at Saucey checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any promotional adjustments are applied at checkout.
6. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available only to cities listed on our Delivery page, all within an 18-mile radius of one of our five Arizona locations. An adult 21+ must be present with valid photo ID to receive the order. If age verification cannot be completed, the order will not be delivered.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site or our products (a) in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) to impersonate any person; (c) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) to resell products purchased from us to minors or in violation of law; (e) to defraud us or any other party. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.

10. Health Warnings

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
